Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 30, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how High Beta Options (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit highbetaoptions.com (the “Site”) or purchase the digital product sold through it (the “Product”).

2. Information we collect

We collect only what is necessary to sell and deliver the Product:

  • Email address, collected by Stripe at checkout and passed to us for order fulfillment and receipts.
  • Order metadata: Stripe session ID, purchase timestamp, amount, currency, and a randomly generated download token. Stored in our database for accounting and to deliver your download.
  • Download access events: timestamp and (where provided by your client) IP address each time your download link is used. Stored as evidence of delivery and to enforce per-purchase download limits.

We do not collect or store your full payment card details. Card data is sent directly from your browser to Stripe and never touches our servers.

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising cookies, social-network pixels, or session-replay tools.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site sets only strictly necessary cookies — those required for your checkout session and for the post-purchase download page to function. We do not set advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies.

4. How we use information

  • To process your purchase and deliver the Product.
  • To enforce per-purchase download windows and limits.
  • To respond to support requests you send us.
  • To prevent and respond to fraud, chargebacks, and abuse, including by retaining records as evidence in payment disputes.
  • To comply with our legal and tax obligations.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making with legal effects.

5. Service providers

We rely on a small number of service providers, each handling only the data necessary to perform its function:

  • Stripe— payment processing and customer receipts. Subject to Stripe’s privacy policy.
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosting our database (DynamoDB) and the Product file (S3), in the US East (N. Virginia) region.
  • Cloudflare — content delivery, DNS, email routing for support correspondence, and edge compute (Workers) that serves the Site.
  • Resend — outbound transactional email (e.g. support correspondence, post-purchase delivery notifications).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third party for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

6. Where your information is processed

Our infrastructure runs primarily in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction.

7. Data retention

We retain order records (including email, session ID, timestamps, and download events) for as long as necessary to comply with our tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations — typically seven years. After that period, records are deleted or anonymized. Support correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to resolve the matter and for a reasonable period thereafter.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate information;
  • request deletion, subject to our legitimate need to retain order and tax records;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • request a copy of your data in a portable format;
  • lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@highbetaoptions.com from the address associated with your purchase. We will respond within 30 days. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

9. Children

The Site and Product are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for our database and stored files, and strict access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
