Refund Policy

All sales are final

The Product sold on highbetaoptions.com is a digital download that is delivered electronically and made available for immediate access after payment is confirmed. Because of the nature of the Product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • change of mind or buyer’s remorse;
  • the Product not meeting subjective expectations regarding content, style, depth, or trading results;
  • duplicate purchases (please contact us before disputing);
  • failure to download the file within the download window, subject to the replacement-link process below;
  • exhaustion of the per-purchase download limit; or
  • losses incurred from any trading or investment activity informed by the Product.

Why we have this policy

The Product is a digital good. Once it is downloaded, it cannot be “returned” in any meaningful sense, and we have no way to verify that no copies remain. To keep pricing fair for all buyers, we apply the same no-refund policy to everyone.

Express waiver of cooling-off period

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other jurisdiction that grants a statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period for digital content, you expressly consent to immediate performance and delivery of the Product upon confirmation of payment and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. This consent is recorded at checkout via the terms-of-service acceptance step.

Technical issues with delivery

If you miss the download window or experience a verifiable technical problem that prevents you from downloading the Product during your download window - for example, the link returns an error, or the file is corrupt and cannot be opened - contact us at support@highbetaoptions.com within 10 calendar days of purchase to receive the guaranteed replacement-link support process. If possible, write from the email address used at checkout. If you use a different email address, include enough information for us to verify the purchase. A complete request must include your purchase receipt or other payment confirmation plus a description of the issue.

We will acknowledge complete support requests within 2 business days. For a verified purchase and complete request, we will provide replacement access as soon as reasonably practical and no later than 10 calendar days after receiving the complete request. This re-delivery process is the sole remedy for expired links, missed download windows, and delivery failures, and it does not constitute a refund.

Requests made after 10 calendar days may be reviewed case by case, but an expired or missed download window does not by itself entitle you to a refund. We may decline or limit delayed requests where the delay prevents verification, or requests that are unverifiable, repeated, inconsistent with our delivery records, or appear fraudulent or abusive. Requests made after a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated may be handled through the payment processor’s dispute process.

Chargebacks and disputes

By purchasing the Product, you agree that you will contact us at support@highbetaoptions.com before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute, and that you will give us a reasonable opportunity to address the issue. Initiating a chargeback for a digital good that you received and downloaded is a breach of these terms. We retain delivery records, including timestamps and available technical records associated with each download, and will contest unwarranted disputes with that evidence.

Mandatory legal exceptions

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction. Where such a law mandates a refund despite the terms above, we will comply with that law to the extent required and no further.
